Should New Community Management, Roles be implemented and Backpay be paid?

In order to adjust the protocol demand post-flight academy and token launch, we propose a new community management structure to suit the protocol’s short to medium-term needs as well as backpay the prior community management members post token launch until February 15, 2022.
