Authorize Increasing Secondary Market Royalties for all GHG Assets from 4.5% to 7.5%

7.5% royalties have become the industry standard & we need as large of a marketing budget as possible as we make our jump to Polygon. The dev team has generously agreed to give 4.25% to the DAO & 3.25% to the devs for the first 6 months. Then we will switch to the original 50/50 agreement (3.75% each after the 6 months).
