Proposal to decide rate of occurrence on GHG Cards being lost on missions

GHG Cards will now be eligible to be LOST during missions. This proposal will determine the rate of occurrence that GHG Cards will be lost on missions . The DAO will determine which loss percentage they prefer:

1. 5 %
2. 10 %
3. 20 %

This proposal will be released in tandem with another proposal which will dictate the protected classes of GHG Cards ( Legendary/ Leg+Ultra / Leg + Ultra + Rare).

Lost GHG cards will be routed to the GHG DAO Wallet to be used for new player onboarding, giveaways, and other marketing initiatives.

Results of this vote will be implemented on the next set of missions and will remain an option on mission development moving forward on future mission arcs as well.
