Reduce gate to access the GHG Pirate playable avatar in Generative Dungeon

This is a proposal to reduce the gated to access the GHG Pirate playable Avatar in Generative Dungeon. The new gate will be owning simply a GHG GoldMiner.

Generative Dungeon is a 2D game located on the GHG Website under the GHG Arcade tab. Currently Gold Hunt Game requires ownership of a "GHG House" in order to access the playable GHG Avatar within the Generative Dungeon Game. This utility has been gated to only DAO House owners and now this proposal will reduce the gate to include the ownership of GoldMiners the lowest asset class within GHG.

If this proposal passes it will become effective immediately and we will reach out to the development team at Generative Dungeon to make this change at their earliest convenience.
