Proposal to permanently remove this rule: 50% chance Miners lose all their pWOOD to Pirates when they unstake.

Originally Miners had a 50% chance to lose 100% of their WOOD/pWOOD when they unstaked. Players could minimize this risk by claiming 2 days ahead of time and then unstake with only 2 days worth of WOOD. If this proposal passes, we would permanently remove this rule and Miners would only pay the 20% tax and there would be no other considerations.
