Proposal to decide on the next pair of GHG Character Cards

GHG DAO members will vote to decide the next pair of GHG Character Cards to follow the infamous and original Governor and Ernesto Cards that have launched with our original gameplay. The pair of character cards will be voted on, drafted, then implemented as mission rewards as soon as the vote is decided. At this point the choice is just based on personal preference and all options will provide the same buffs, however they may have significant value in future gameplay.
