Proposal to halve the mining revenue of Golff Farm and reduce the number of mining pools（关于Golff Farm挖矿收益减半及矿池数量减少的提案）

The current mining output of Golff Farm is 250,000 tokens per week, which lacks a halving mechanism. The halving mechanism can reflect the scarcity of GOF while supporting the GOF secondary market. Halving can reduce the negative impact of mining and selling on GOF. To benefit the long-term development of the Golff financial ecology, we recommend that when the fourth round of Farm mining starts, the weekly mining output should be adjusted to 125,000 tokens. 现有Golff Farm挖矿产出为每周25万枚，仍需减半机制。减半机制能体现GOF稀缺性的同时去给GOf二级市场做支撑。这能减少部分挖卖提用户对GOF的负面影响。为更好地保障当前持币用户的利益并且有利于Golff金融生态的长期发展，建议在第四轮Farm挖矿开始后，调整现有Farm挖矿产出速度，调整每周挖矿产出量为 12.5万枚。

At the same time, due to the decrease in mining outpout, it is recommeneded to reduce to 5 mining pools in the 4th round. The quota of the mining pool is submitted by users through pledge of 5,000 GOF, and is determined by coummunity users's voting. The top 4 tokens and Uni-v2(GOF-ETH) will enter the 4th round (2 weeks) of Golff Farm mining. Mining pool quota allocation: the incentive for each mining pool of the top 4 tokens is 20,000 per week, ane for Uni-V2 (GOF- ETH) is 45,000 per week. 同时因挖矿产出数量降低，建议同步将第四轮的矿池数量减少到5个。矿池名额由用户通过质押5000GOF提交候选人，并由社区用户投票决定，票数排名前4的代币和Uni-V2(GOF-ETH)进入Golff Farm第四轮（2周）挖矿。矿池额度分配：前4名的代币每个矿池的激励为每周2万个，Uni-V2(GOF-ETH)的激励为每周4.5万个。
