Funding Requested: 72 hours of future OpenSea secondary sale royalties.

Summary: Donate royalty proceeds from 72 hours of secondary sales to Stephen and Ayesha Curry’s Eat.Learn.Play charity.

Motivation: Provide value to LinksDAO members, take care of our community members, support charitable organizations, and stimulate the secondary market.

Details of Proposal: Donate 100 percent of secondary sale royalties from OpenSea over a 72-hour period (1/27 12pm EST to 1/30 12pm EST) to Charity Period will commence if/when the vote passes. Donation will be made to Stephen and Ayesha Curry’s Eat.Learn.Play charity.

Rationale: We want to give back to the sports and golf community, in line with our mission to expand access to the game. We anticipate that the charitable donation from secondary sales will ultimately pay for itself, as the PR and hype surrounding the initiative will likely generate more sales volume in the long run.

Voting: Voting “Yes” means you are authorizing us to immediately begin a public social media campaign around the charitable donation to boost sales as much as possible, and to execute the necessary transactions to send funds to Eat.Learn.Play.

Voting “No” means, in effect, that you wish for the status quo to remain. If not passed, we will not enact our charity campaign.

What happens after the vote: If the vote passes, all treasury actions will be subject to approval of the multi-sig.
