Title Spey Bay Official Logo Proposal
Short Summary After the acquisition of Spey Bay the Links team has provided the collaborative opportunity for the community to participate in the logo creation process. The first level of community involvement was executed through a poll that presented ten possible themes for designer direction. After concluding this poll and collecting community feedback the top themes were sent to a top golf logo designer, as directional inspiration in creating the above concepts.
These are options for the ‘Official’ Logo. A Members-Only logo will be voted on in a later proposal.
Team Links Representative: Cooper [Links Head of Community] Designer: McWhorter (Professional Logo Designer) & Zach Baron (Links Team) Proposal Writer: Ryanskeff [Links Starter]
Proposal Category Branding & Marketing - Spey Bay
Motivation Community and membership involvement in decisions that influence the future of “our course” at Spey Bay remains a north star principle. In selecting a logo for the club the community will be selecting how we wish to be seen in the golf landscape of Scotland and the world. The members of the Links community should be given this responsibility. They not only deserve it but are well suited to take it on.
