Short Summary - This will document the process and steps around the lifecycle of a community generated proposal.

Proposal Category - Grow the DAO

Motivation - To ensure the desires of the community and community team are being viewed and vetted in a way that is beneficial and healthy for DAO growth. This will aid in creating a standard flow that will allow for effective governance of ideas and efficient implementation.

Detailed Summary - This proposal will lay the groundwork for an efficient system to generate and act upon community driven ideas and proposals. The Proposal Process and Governing document can be used step by step to follow an idea being generated, through creating and reviewing a proposal, to the RFQ process and eventually to voting.

Expected Funding - $0

Effort (S,M,L,XL) - Large - High effort from one individual with support from others.

Community Contribution Amount - $1,500 (from existing budget, not net-new funds)

Voting: Voting Yes = LinksDAO will adopt this Proposal Process. Voting No = Nothing will happen or change. Voting to Abstain = Will add a vote to quorum requirement without choosing a side.
