GOOP Proposal - Use Federation

Currently we delegate our Nouns to an individual so that the DAO can participate in Nouns governance. But interest has been expressed by the community to allow exercising these rights in a trustless manner:

I created https://federation.wtf to solve this problem.

Federation is a smart contract and web app that operates as an on-chain delegated voter. A Federation contract can be deployed and external voting rights can be delegated to it.

Members of a community can then vote on the outcome they would like to see for a Nouns proposal using Federation's voting interface.

Other communities in the Nouns ecosystem are also using Federation. Including Gnars and Lil Nouns (currently onboarding).

I would like to onboard GOOP on to Federation free of charge. This will require deploying a new Federation contract for the DAO and delegating our Nouns to it

Note:

Using Federation does not come with any risk of asset loss. The contract behaves as an on-chain delegated voter and cannot execute any arbitrary transactions. Federation can only cast votes against other DAO proposals.
