Remove OpenSea Royalties

Given that Goop Troop will be taking part in the Federation Governance Pools, and to align with a more Nounish approach of community building, remove royalties from OpenSea that were providing minimal treasury funds in the first place and also increase the tradability of the Goop tokens.
