Delegate Nouns to nocguild.eth (Protectors of Noun o'clock)

Summary Currently, Nouns 72 & 93 are delegated to nogs.eth run by the NNS team. It has recently come to light that NNS Labs may not even exist as an entity. The team has extracted millions of dollars from Nouns and literally taken money out of the pockets of community members (I own Noun 544 for e.g. from the Treasury, and they drained all treasury Nouns of their $nogs). This is in addition to stealing $70,000 in fees meant for the Party DAO raise, and selling over 20% ($400k+) of the token supply (despite team allocation being 10%, and "vested"). Tomorrow, the LP will be unlocked (it has been 1 year) which makes their intentions from the start pretty clear, this was a maximum extraction scam and they always planned to rug that money.

This proposal is to re-delegate both Nouns 72 & 93 to nocguild.eth, which is looking to emphasize Noun o'clock (& Lil Noun o'clock) as internet wide celebrations and grow our culture through art, design and technology.

Dual DAO governance at Nouns/Lils and helping sponsor new proposals/people I am extremely honest!!

Conclusion I would like to help GOOP actually re-activate, and would be open to hosting governance calls in the GOOP discord and let the community lead the voting, we already have a couple of Nouns (I've delegated mine out at the moment to a new community member) and a fluctuating (but growing) amount of Lil Nouns ~70, can see our voting history across two DAOs here: https://nouns.camp/voters/nocguild.eth https://lilnouns.camp/voters/nocguild.eth

I personally helped the NNS team for a very long time and was hurt by their actions, and do not support them and encourage others to not support them either, hence I am making this proposal.
