Currently, Nouns 72 & 93 are delegated to the inactive Federation contract from a previous proposal, meaning that Nouns 72 & 93 have not been utilized for the past few months.

This proposal is to re-delegate both Nouns 72 & 93 to the $NOGS ecosystem, which is looking to reinvigorate participation and voting from sub-daos and other Nounish communities.

Some benefits of the delegation include:

Goop Troop will be included in the larger $NOGS ecosystem and community, receiving news and updates from their team. Goops will be able to vote again utilizing Nouns 72 & 93 and earn rewards from doing so. Goops will also get an opportunity to grow with the infrastructure that the $NOGS team builds around Nounish governance.
