GOOP DAO Proposal #4

This proposal, if passed, will run indefinitely until we propose new voting procedures for the GOOP Troop.

GOOP DAO Proposal #4

YES Vote:

-All Snapshot votes will have, at minimum, 24hrs warning prior to opening voting window to allow for notification and adjustment of GOOPs. -All Snapshot votes will be open for voting for, at minimum, 48hrs to allow for proper consideration of participation. -All Snapshot votes will require at least 20% participation if it involves use of treasury funds or the restructuring/governance of our community.

( IF the vote is on the voting decision of Noun72 in the NounDAO, these can be waived when time is a critical element, but as a community we will try to uphold and align to these ideal)
