YES Vote:

-Minimum bid of 69.69 indefinitely on every Noun while treasury multisig has at least that much in funds; until a Noun is acquired. -Authorization of max funds per Noun; until a Noun is acquired. -Once Noun is acquired, create new proposal on bidding procedure.

NO Vote:

-Hold all funds until new proposal is passed.
