INTRODUCTION: Hey fren ! To optimize our financial resources, I present a proposal that would grant Aavegotchi DAO directors the ability to interact with Aave V3 on both the Ethereum and Polygon blockchains, exclusively with stablecoins (USDT, DAI, USDC).

BACKGROUND: Our current treasury holds approximately $10 million in stablecoins. With an average Annual Percentage Rate (APR) of 5% on Aave V3 for stablecoins, this presents an opportunity to generate significant annual interest income. By allowing our directors to manage these funds within Aave V3, we can leverage this potential.

PROPOSAL:

• Whitelisting Addresses: Only addresses associated with Aave V3 on Ethereum and Polygon will be whitelisted for interaction, and the interaction will be limited to stablecoins (USDT, DAI, USDC).
• Director's Role: Directors of the DAO will have the authority to deposit or withdraw stablecoins into and from Aave V3. Their actions will be limited to these deposit and withdrawal operations.

BENEFITS:

• Efficient Treasury Management: This proposal streamlines our treasury management by allowing unused funds to be deposited into Aave V3 without the need for voting for withdrawal.
