Forming Gotchi Vault DAO Proposal:

With the current success of the Gotchi Vault and all its aspects and developments, this proposal is to create a Gotchi Vault DAO to build on these developments.

The current team of five have been very successful in building a new product that has gained a lot of traction in a very short amount of time. It is obvious that they understand the product market fit and know what is needed to continue to build and support the Aavegotchi community.

The purpose of this DAO would be to allow for further development of the Gotchi Vault by limiting the remaining emissions of VLT from the proposed distribution timeline. The remaining VLT would be held by the Gotchi Vault DAO and would be used by the DAO for further development.

The total supply of VLT is 250,000 with about 56% distributed so far and 44% remaining to be distributed.

This proposal will come in multiple votes once if/this first vote passes:

Vote #1 What amount to be reserved for the DAO and agreement on the DAO creation. (This vote)

Vote #2 Organization for a Gotchi Vault bootstrapping group and who would be on it. A small group to help set the framework and tools for the DAO. (Quorum rules, tools to measure participation, meeting setup etc…)

Vote #3 Vote for the number of signers for the Gotchi Vault multisig

Vote#4 Voting for Multisig holders for the Gotchi Vault DAO

Proposed percentages for the first vote and creation of the DAO:

A. Yes, 40% of undistributed VLT set aside and create the Gotchi Vault DAO B. Yes, 30% of undistributed VLT set aside and create the Gotchi Vault DAO C. Yes, 25% of undistributed VLT set aside and create the Gotchi Vault DAO D. No, keep VLT emissions as is and do not set aside any VLT to form a DAO.
