Build 5 L9 Altars for Week 4 of Alchemica Spending Competition

I propose that the Gotchi Vault enters the alchemica spending competition in week 4 by building 5 L9 Altars. There are numerous advantages to entering for the Gotchi Vault:

• Add additional altars for Vault gotchis to channel
• Build at a “discount” if the Vault places in the competition and is awarded GHST.
• Utilize vGHST contract alchemica
• Provide return of value for vGHST holders
• Create a pattern of involvement and participation from the Vault in community contests
• Put unused USDC to use and support the Aavegotchi NFT ecosystem
• Invests in the Aavegotchi ecosystem vs sell alchemica into the market
• Begin a collection of yield-producing Vault-owned NFT assets

Purchases will be performed from the $5,000 USDC currently held in the Vault Manager’s multisig. 5 Spacious Parcels (~2,000 USDC):

• Two cheapest floor parcels
• Three cheapest unsurveyed floor parcels: 53604, 27681, 51996
• If no unsurveyed parcels are available below 400 GHST, then buy cheapest floor parcel
• Perform survey on parcels. The Vault DAO can consider building installations at a later date based on rolls and available alchemica.

I propose that prize GHST be added to the vGHST pool. We should continue future discussions about how to add value to VLT, including the yield from these altars. This plan would have resulted in 5th place in week 1 of the competition yielding 1260 GHST. Additionally, this will provide 120 L9 channels daily for the Vault and the Vault Gotchi community.
