DataDash's DAO proposal is taking the piss

Investing $10,000 of his own wealth and requesting $100,000 of the community's money is a joke. He has huge amounts of wealth from his years in crypto and is barely interested in starting a pool of his own, he wants to gamble with the community's money. He should be told to reconsider his proposal.
