Proposal ID: EXAIP-28 Proposer: Hypernative Date: February 4th, 2026 Related: EXAIP-07, EXAIP-023
This proposal seeks to renew the partnership between Exactly Protocol and Hypernative for proactive security monitoring and real-time threat detection. Hypernative has been monitoring the protocol since the approval of EXAIP-07, and this renewal will ensure continued coverage for the next 12 months.
Hypernative’s security monitoring service has proven to be a valuable layer of protection for Exactly. It offers real-time alerts and on-chain threat intelligence that help identify and mitigate risks before they escalate.
As this is a renewal of an already approved service (EXAIP-23 and EXAIP-07), we avoid repeating the full details of the original proposal. Community members may refer to EXAIP-07 for technical specifications and scope. The services provided will remain consistent with the previous term.
Renewing this service ensures uninterrupted coverage as Exactly grows in complexity and TVL.
Additional considerations: If the average EXA price remains below $0.25 USD (price of EXA on january 29th, 2026) over the next 12 months, the Exactly Treasury will send additional EXA tokens after one year to ensure the total value equals $13,000 USD.
Exactly partners with Hypernative to enhance security in Web3 using Hypernative’s platform and expertise. Benefits include real-time risk detection, threat prevention workflows, expert support, automated responses, and community alerts on anomalies like phishing or governance risks, safeguarding EXA holders.
