Proposal to change access requirements for G7 Custom Emojis

TL;DR

Should Game7 custom emojis be unlocked for Discord users at Level 1+ (for Citizens only)?

@arthurzablocki shared the custom emojis that have been created for the Game7 server. These are currently accessible to citizens (Level 1+) and Discord Nitro subscribers. He has proposed this change as a way to increase rewards for citizens and as an additional incentive for new members of our Discord to complete the path to citizenship.

A "yes" vote will change the current settings to make these emojis accessible to Citizens only.

A "no" vote will preserve the current state where they are also accessible to Discord Nitro Subscribers.
