Open G7 Charmverse Forum to the general public

Hi all,

Background

While discussing the AI Discord chatbot proposal from (Jojo | Castle of Blackwater), a Discord community member expressed some frustration at their inability to access the original proposal.

We followed up with a "temperature check" in the G7 Charmverse Forum to ask if citizens would like to allow "read-only" access to our forum for anyone globally without a CV account or G7 Avatar. Citizens at Level 1 can currently read, post and comment. Their access will remain unchanged by this proposal.

The responses were unanimous in supporting this change. You can access the full discussion here.

A "yes" vote will open the forums to allow anyone to access them with "read-only" access.

A "no" vote will preserve the current requirement of G7 citizenship (SBT Avatar) to access the forums.
