Opening the Nation Building Section on Discord to Everyone

Currently, the Nation Building section on our Discord server is gated, only accessible to members at level 1 and above (citizens).

The purpose of this proposal is to open up the Nation Building section to all community members, regardless of level, thus fostering a more inclusive and collaborative environment.

By granting access to this section to everyone, we aim to encourage broader participation, diverse perspectives, and active engagement from all community members. We believe that by providing equal access to valuable discussions and interactions, we can better fulfill our mission of becoming a nation that will lead gaming to a better future.
