If executed, this proposal will:

Approve the continuation of the Grants Org to advise and fund grant projects that contribute to the Radicle ecosystem and the broader web3 space.

Transfer 250,000 USDC from the Radworks Treasury to the Radworks Grant Program's multi-sig Transfer 100,000 RAD from the Radworks Treasury to the Radworks Grant Program's multi-sig How was this proposal discussed?
