Approve the continuation of the Grants Org to advise and fund grant projects that contribute to the Radicle ecosystem and the broader web3 space.

It is important to note that this proposal will not include any on-chain work (e.g. transfer of funds) as the Grants Org is already funded and will simply use optimistic funding as outlined in the Formal Review and Discussion.
