Release 40k DAI for upcoming DHW transaction costs.

Proposal

The DoHardWork (DHW) executions of the Spool smart contracts (basically the rebalancing) are not internalized yet but have to be made manually.

So, for now, the DAO will need to front the ETH amount needed until this is implemented in the code to work automatically. Therefore, the Spool Dev team needs more ETH for the DHW executions.

As gwei costs are fluctuating It can only be estimated from the past that around 40k DAI are needed for the upcoming months.

Vote

With “Yes” you vote to release 40k DAI from the treasury for the Devs to fulfill these duties, with “No” you vote against running DHW and the Spool Smart Vault functions in the future.
