Allow for SPOOL tokens worth $15000 from the treasury as paired incentives for the new DEX liquidity on the Arbitrum chain.

Motivation 🔥

After the Spool DAO already set up the protocol on Arbitrum it is now time to bring the token into the equation as well. To ensure a swift adoption from Arbitrum users the aforementioned SPOOL tokens will be used as incentive rewards to bring even more users to Spool.
