Proposal 📬

Since joining in September 2023, Konstantin has been instrumental in shaping and deploying Spool V2, showcasing exceptional innovation and execution skills. As CPO, he will utilize his expertise to drive Spool's product strategy forward.

His targeted short/medium term goals are:

• Increase Spool's strategy library by adding two new strategies monthly.
• Overhaul the user experience by enhancing staking functionalities, offering intuitive strategy views, and streamlining deposit and withdrawal processes.
• Achieve comprehensive protocol transaction and clearing operation analytics through Dune Analytics.
• Pioneer an Oracle for SVT and incorporate Gearbox integrations, enriching our suite of financial tools.
• Extend Spool's reach by launching on an additional blockchain.
• Develop a framework allowing third-party developers to autonomously integrate their strategies into Spool’s library.
• Implement integrations with fintechs, DAOs, and institutions to enhance collaborative growth.
