Synopsis

Funds a delightful & intimate wine tasting for TT folks to enjoy during NFT NYC at a local wine shop.

Motivation

A big part of our community is in NYC. We want to have an opportunity to get together, learn wine, & connect during a conference where there is a lot of enthusiasm around web3. We want to further experimenting with decentralized hosting by supporting one (or more) of our community members to host an event.

Specification

The tasting will be led by community & @erickamabrie with provided prompts & questions by @bruxa for folks to discuss at a wine shop in Williamsburg.

@bruxa to secure a discount for additional bottles for TT folks to take home.

12-15 person capacity with priority to XPs/NFT holders

• $150 in ETH equivalent to cover ~4 bottles
• $50 ETH equivalent to @bruxa to prep material
• $50 ETH equivalent to @erickamabrie for hosting

Rationale

We want to learn about wine. We want to further the decentralized hosting model and leverage our retailer connections.

Risks

No one shows up. People are too busy during the conference.

Timeline

Funds will distributed within one week after the event happens.
