TT-18 - Distribute Funds & Reimbursements from Schelling Point Paris Event to @Bruxa & @Fiowl

Synopsis

Thirsty Thirsty executed a natural wine party for Schelling Point Paris on Weds July 19th, 2023. Vendors were paid in EURO FIAT from Thirsty Thirsty LLC bank account by Bruxa. @Fiowl paid for incurred on-the-ground event expenses out of pocket. Both additionally need to be paid for their time activating the events as outline in the Gitcoin approved budget proposal. Gitcoin dropped 2.23 ETH into the JBX treasury to pay the DAO for production: https://juicebox.money/v2/p/507

We raised €668.60/ 0.39 ETH for the DAO + gained new contacts, and partners in Paris. 

Motivation

Bruxa & Fiowl need to be paid & reimbursed for their time and incurred production costs as allotted by Gitcoin at the time of proposing the project. Many vendors did not want to receive crypto/ETH so Bruxa had to pay out of pocket in FIAT.

Bruxa paid Rerenga Wines (Wine Lead), Clare (Asst. Somm), Jaymie (Photographer), and misc. production costs out of pocket.

  €1,623.60

• Production at 6hrs x €150 = €900

• Total €2,523.60/$2,807.46

Fiowl paid for travel and decor items out of pocket. 

• Reimbusement =

  €404.30

• Payment for working event = €150.00

• Total = €554.30/$616.65

Upon voting approval, payouts will be scheduled from the Thirsty Thirsty Juicebox treasury:

1) Amount of $2,807.46 of ETH to 0x0Cb1D93daEc77Df2ED7Db31C040Fd2174452bD9F

2) Amount of $616.65 of ETH to [insert Fiowl's address]

 

Rationale

Our funds are in the Juicebox now.

Exchange rates could fluctuate, ETH amounts could fluctuate.
