New Just Mallards + Duckheadz Community Collection

Let’s make a snapshot proposal on the Just Mallards snapshot for a new community collection. The snapshot proposal will outline how the community can collectively contribute to the creation of a new collection (wow that’s a lot of c’s). The whole point of the project is to encourage the community to create the culture of the Just Mallards ecosystem. 🦆
