This proposal calls for updating of the Budget Proposal Submission form.

Specification

Annual budgeting should take on the same general shape each year, and include a series of funding priorities / programming sectors, as well as a total budget amount. As such, it is believed that the addition of two form lines would be beneficial, including, "Budget Amount" as well as the Year and Quarter that the budgeting proposal will be applied to.

This proposal suggests that the Submission form should be as follows:

1. Title (unchanged)
2. Budget Amount (numerical figure)
3. Year Drop Down, Quarter Dropdown (Annual, Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4)

This will help stakeholders make sure that all relevant information for making a budgeting decision is included in the proposal, increasing efficiency of standard operating of the organization.
