[GP-3] GRACY Global Marketing 2023. 4Q Budget Allocation

GP stands for "GRACY Proposal," which is a proposal for the future direction of the GRACY project. Proposals are based on these documents, and the resolutions are incorporated into project decision-making through voting by token holders. Voting rights are determined by the quantity of GRACY tokens held at the snapshot moment.

Background of the Proposal

In response to the need for the global expansion of the GRACY community, we are planning to allocate a budget for global marketing to secure more token holders. The size of the community and the community's health are one of the important criteria for exchange listing requirements, and it is also expected to help with the distribution of GRACY.

GRACY plans to decide the global marketing budget through snapshot votes on a quarterly basis.

Background of Option Settings

To effectively convey GRACY news, and increase exposure to community operators, influencers, and media in each region, a budget will be allocated for marketing programs, AMAs, paid advertising, or reward events for approximately three months.

If the proposal is approved by the community, the selected amount will be the max cap of the budget. If the proposal is rejected, global marketing will not be conducted for the time being.

GRACY 커뮤니티 글로벌 확대 필요성에 따라 더 많은 토큰 홀더 확보를 위해 글로벌 마케팅 예산을 편성할 예정입니다. 커뮤니티 규모와 커뮤니티 건전성은 거래소의 상장 심사 요건 중 중요한 요소 중 하나이며, GRACY의 유통량 분산에도 도움이 될 것으로 판단하고 있습니다.

또한 글로벌 마케팅에 다량의 GRACY 지출이 예상되는 점도 투표 안건을 상정한 이유입니다. GRACY는 앞으로 글로벌 마케팅 예산을 분기마다 스냅샷 투표로 결정할 계획입니다. 또한 중요 안건에 대해 비정기 투표를 커뮤니티에 제안할 수 있습니다.

투표 옵션 설정 배경

GRACY 소식을 효과적으로 전달하기 위해서 각 지역의 커뮤니티 운영자, 블록체인 분야에 특화된 인플루언서, 각 종 매체 등에 노출되어야 하며, 이를 위해 바운티 프로그램과 AMA, 유료 광고, 리워드 이벤트 등에 약 3개월 간 집행할 예산이 필요합니다.

커뮤니티 의견을 수렴 결과, 안건이 만약 가결된다면 해당 금액을 초과하여 사용하지 않습니다. 안건이 만약 부결된다면 당분간 글로벌 마케팅 비용지출하지 않게 됩니다.
