hugo pouch has been in the digital/tech art ecosystem for the past 10 years. His journey includes four years at Christie's, where he developed online expansion with a specific focus on online-only auctions and the growth of "Christie's Live" bidding.

Following this, he spent four years at artsy.net, opening the European HQ and enhancing the company’s presence through partnerships with galleries, art fairs, and culturally relevant brands.

More recently, he started art incubator faction.art, and is close to the Parisian web3 and generative art scene working the operation side for the Brightmoments Paris event in February 2024. He has curated for galleries stepping into the web3 realm such as 37xDubai and Galerie Italinenne and has guided non-cryptonatives to purchase NFT art.
