Reopen mint for next tranche of Grailers NFTs or keep mint closed?

GrailersDAO has successfully acquired 2 Incomplete Control Golden Tokens and 2 Incomplete Control Golden Token Options (in total 4 ICs). We currently have ~50 ETH remaining in the DAO treasury. The DAO voted to pause minting previously (in order to create urgency to raise ETH in advance of the release of the ICGT Options on 11/5) and minting was paused at 538 Grailers NFTs minted (out of 999). The DAO is in discussions to acquire additional ICs and would need more ETH to acquire more ICs. This is a vote to determine whether to reopen the minting to mint another tranche of the remaining 999 Grailers NFTs to raise more ETH to buy more ICs or to keep the mint closed for now. Price and quantity for the next tranche would be posted as separate Snapshot votes from this proposal.
