Prop 25: Multi-sig Election 2022 (Updated Again)

Following on GIP24, please vote below for a new election for all 7 multi-sig seats. This will be conducted once every 12-months from here onwards.

Currently the 7 multi-sigs are: 1) ConfusedCollector, 2) Wir, 3) Matthewzilla, 4) 0xGav, 5) SimonSays, 6) Proper, 7) ben.eth. 4 of 7 signers are required to approve any transaction.

Multi-sigs should simply be an administrative function and should serve to approve transactions for the DAO treasury wallet only as directed by DAO votes.
