When to close/pause the mint of Grailers NFTs?

I'm breaking this out into its own vote per discussion in the discord. Option 1: Close the mint at the earlier of 500 Grailers NFTs minted or December 9 (at least a temporary pause, a future vote could re-open minting) Option 2: Close the mint at 9am Eastern Time on December 9 Option 3: Leave open until the original 999 are minted

Note: For option 1, given the way the smart contract is written, it would be a manual pause so it is possible as we're in the process of pausing it that a few more Grailers get minted such that we end up slightly over 500.

Note: In either option 1 or option 2, DAO would vote what to do with the remaining Grailers.
