New Grants Committee Member @chuygarcia.eth

This proposal seeks to confirm @chuygarcia.eth (Chuy) as a new member of the SSV Grants Committee, effective 1st of March 2026. Chuy has been nominated for his expertise in grant evaluation, ecosystem development, and his general contributions to the DappNode Community. Upon approval, the nominee will assume full committee responsibilities and receive full committee compensation.
