The Synthetix.io Arabic Hub aims to become the ultimate resource for Arabic-speaking users interested in the Synthetix ecosystem. Despite its growing popularity, there is currently a lack of comprehensive educational materials and user support in the Arabic language. Our project will bridge this gap by offering tailored content and resources to make Synthetix more accessible to Arabic-speaking users, and create an engaging and interested community. Overview

• Create high-quality educational video content to help users understand the platform's features and benifits
• Establish an active online community for Arabic-speaking users to ask questions, share experiences, and collaborate on ideas related to Synthetix.
• Collaborate with the Synthetix.io team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, as well as to provide feedback from the Arabic user base.
• Promote the Synthetix.io Arabic Hub through social media to reach a wider audience and encourage adoption.

Project Implementation Plan

• Phase 1: Research and Content Development (3 weeks)

• Conduct extensive research on the Synthetix platform, its features, and the DeFi landscape.
• Develop comprehensive educational materials in Arabic, including video scripts and Twitter threads.
• Plan and outline the content for 2 YouTube videos, 4 YouTube Shorts, a Twitter thread, and one online interview with a developer (I already spoke with David and Sunny)

• Phase 2: Social Media Setup (one day)

• Create the Synthetix.io Arabic channel on Discord to monitor the engagement and post all content there.

• Phase 3: Video Production and YouTube Shorts (4 weeks: 1 YouTube video every 2 weeks, 1 short per week)

• Produce 2 high-quality YouTube videos covering the following topics: a. Introduction to Synthetix: What is it and how does it work? b. Getting started with Synthetix: A step-by-step guide for beginners.

• Create 4 YouTube Shorts focusing on the following subjects: a. Overview of Synthetix assets (Synths). b. How to use Synthetix Exchange. c. Understanding the role of SNX tokens. d. Explaining the Synthetix staking process.

Phase 4: Twitter Thread and Discord Channel Compose a detailed Twitter thread covering essential aspects of Synthetix, including its features, benefits, and real-world use cases. Establish and moderate the Synthetix.io Arabic Hub Discord channel, providing a platform for users to ask questions, share experiences, and collaborate on ideas.

Phase 5: Content Promotion and Community Building ( this phase starts in the 4th week)

• Publish the educational content on different Twitter accounts (Reach over 1 million user per month)
• Engage with the online community, addressing user inquiries, and providing ongoing support.

Phase 6: Monitoring and Evaluation

• Monitor the performance of the channels, videos, and community engagement.
• Collect user feedback and insights to refine the content and improve the overall user experience.
• Maintain regular communication with the Synthetix.io team, providing updates on the project's progress and sharing valuable input from the Arabic user base.

Additional Information

By following this comprehensive project plan, the Synthetix.io Arabic Hub will successfully reach and educate Arabic-speaking users about the Synthetix platform, fostering adoption and growth within the ecosystem. Having recently launched my Twitter and YouTube accounts two weeks ago, I've been thrilled to see an engaged and enthusiastic community emerge. With 2.5 years of experience in Arabic web3 education, I possess a deep understanding of the culture and background of my audience. This expertise, combined with my followers' passion, creates a strong foundation for growth and collaboration in providing valuable Synthetix content to the Arabic-speaking community.

• 1200$ Salary for content writer working 20 hours per month for 2 months (30$ per hour)
• 1050$ Salary for Graphic designer and Video editor (1 person) working 5 hours a week for 6 weeks (35$ per hour)
• 2000$ Salary for 2 community managers (500$/month each) after the 2 months are over, the DAO can decide if the community managers will be needed further or not.
• 1750$ YouTuber Salary : 350$ per Video, 200$ per short, 250$ for interview.
• 1200$ Marketing: pushing every piece of content (8 in total) on 3 different Twitter accounts with a reach of over 1 million users per month; 50$ per post per channel; 5083=1200
