We will hold a contest in our Community of On-chain Analysts to create Metric Dashboards and Reports about Synthetics chain activity. Then we will have our Elite analyst refine the best submission to create a comprehensive and visually appealing dashboard and report.

Overview

We propose to launch an innovative competition that will engage our community of on-chain analysts to design and develop the most insightful and user-friendly dashboard, tool, or report on Synthetix on-chain data for both Ethereum and Optimism. Our team of expert analysts will provide guidance and feedback to the contestants, and collaborate with the winners to finalize a comprehensive and visually appealing dashboard and report that will offer a clear and in-depth understanding of the current state of Synthetix on-chain data, as well as key metrics and trends for future analysis.

Our team of expert analysts will ensure accuracy and relevance by providing guidance and feedback to the contestants and collaborating with the winners to finalize the tool. Not only will this project benefit Pool Together and its users, but it will also foster a culture of data literacy and innovation in the broader community. Additionally, it will provide a way for the community to actively engage with and contribute to the development of the Pool Together ecosystem.

Project Implementation Plan

Create the competition: Launch a competition on joke.DAO where any person can submit a dashboard or report about Synthetix on-chain data. Give any wallet-holding over 5K SNX or Cantina-Pine NFTs have the ability to vote for the best submission. (1 Week) Pay-out 1st $300 + cantina-pine NFT 2nd $250 3rd $150 4th - 8th $50 $125 Reviewers

Promote the competition: promote the contest to blockchain analysts through Twitter and Discord )

Vote on submissions: Once the submission window closes on Joke race holders of over 5K SNX or Cantina-Pine NFTs have the ability to vote for the best submission. (4 Days)

Refine winners submission: have 2-3 of our elite analysts work together to create a KPI dashboard and report overviewing Synthetix on chain activeity. cost: $1,500 (3 Weeks)

Monitor, maintain and evolve: Monitor the usage of the KPI dashboard and gather feedback from users. Use that feedback to make updates and improvements as needed, with the aim to make it a living tool that can be used by the community on a regular basis. ($1,425)

Week 1:

Process: Launch the competition on Joke.DAO where anyone can submit a dashboard or report about Synthetix on-chain data. Allow wallet-holding 5K SNX or Cantina-Pine NFTs to vote for the best submission. Deliverable: The competition is launched and submissions are accepted. Week 2:

Process: Promote the competition on social media and to blockchain analysts through Twitter and Discord to increase visibility and reach Deliverable: Increase in the number of submissions Week 2 - 3:

Process: Review the submissions according to the criteria and rules established, and select the best entries for further refinement. Deliverable: A list of selected entries that are eligible to proceed to the next round of the competition Week 3 - 5:

Process: Have 2-3 expert analysts work together to create a KPI dashboard and report that overviews Synthetix's on-chain activity. Deliverable: A user-friendly and comprehensive dashboard or report that provides an in-depth understanding of the current state of on-chain data, as well as key metrics and trends for future analysis. Week 6 and beyond:

Process: Monitor the usage of the KPI dashboard and gather feedback from users. Use that feedback to make updates and improvements as needed, with the aim to make it a living tool that can be used by the community on a regular basis. Deliverable: An up-to-date and evolved version of the dashboard or report that is able to provide valuable insights on regular basis.
