Important to Quantitative Researchers - include in data reports, make the onchain data easier to access

Important to Spartan Council - allows them to make more quantitative decisions for adjusting market parameters

Project Implementation Plan

1. Build wrappers around relevant onchain data sources

2. Build a developer-friendly UX so that the API is easy to use and performat
