Simple platform for vesting & payments Our Token Distribution platform is the simplest way to grant tokens to project stakeholders using vesting strategies, airdrops, and other subscription methods.

The process of organizing and distributing tokens can be difficult and time-consuming for project developers and organizations. Web3 projects owners and managers face technological limitations and suffer from the lack of automated tools and awful user experiences, where they have to deal with:

• Operational overhead for token management
• Community and stakeholders pressure
• Governance and vesting schedules setup
• Recurrent token payments to teams & providers However, our platform offers an easy and secure solution to tackle this issue, where users can:
• Organize and automate governance and vesting contracts
• Distribute batch payments with a spreadsheet and a few clicks
• Delegate financial responsibility within your team
• Be transparent with you stakeholders and reduce community pressure

This web app initially connects with EVM networks and provides a multi-chain experience, coming with basic configurable features, saving a significant amount of time for project owners and managers.

Overview

Firstly, I would like to share with you what we have been working on. Our platform already supports:

• Linear Vesting schedules organized in projects => pools => grants
• Multiple projects and project search
• Linear vesting pools for governance and stakeholders
• Basic grants and claims analytics
• General and personal view of the pools (global statistics or only user related pools and information)
• Multiple managers
• Project profiles and editing
• Multi chain (sepolia - mumbai / ETH and MATIC)

Additional developments in the upcoming weeks:

• Token batch payments based on CSV file (send many txs together and checking them)
• NFT vesting pools (release NFT to user on certain date - mint happens on claim)
• ERC1155 airdrop and distribution based on CSV file or linked to NFT holders of another NFT project
• Comprehensive platform analytics

I would also like to send you this medium article which Leon Acosta (our passionate, enthusiastic CEO and leader) wrote around 1.5 years ago when he sold a version of this platform to one of our first clients. As you will be able to see, it compares traditional and web3 approaches to vesting, and explains why linear strategies make a lot of sense to keep interests of the community and stakeholders aligned.

Value to Synthetix

We plan to grow the platform including additional features to launch tokens & NFTs, and handle governance. Providing this way a holistic solution for DAO operations.

We are 3 developers working on the project at the moment, and the advances so far have been done in a month's time. We have just finished a multi-chain indexer and we are integrating it with the solution. We expect to complete the functionality here described in the following 3 months.

THE LINEAR VESTING POOLS & GRANTS offers automated vesting pools and schedules to organize governance , token distribution and financing with a frictionless web3 experience. Additionally, we invalidate grants protecting communities against thee breach of vesting agreements.

BATCH PAYMENTS & TOKEN DISTRIBUTION distributes token payments to team members and service providers with batch payments, using only a spreadsheet and a few clicks.

ROLE-BASE ADMINSTRATION adds and removes managers from your project and set up rules for multi-sig approvals (commng soon). Managers can create new roles, assign and remove grants.

Funding Request

The total budget we request is 20K UDS, but we are looking for the support of several network partners to keep our team working actively, so w don't have a current cap. Grants of 3-5K USD will keep us alive and working actively on it.
