Grant Description

This application is meant to serve as a formal request for payment consideration on the following dune analytics work (note some of these may not function appropriately anymore as Dune Analytics is transitioning from their traditional engines to a v2 engine which pulls from different data tables & has slightly different SQL syntax):

https://dune.com/synthquest/snx-escrow-release - Communal interest in historical inflation rewards. This dashboard aims to cleanly show how much SNX has been vested in the last year & show escrow unlocking schedule. (recently rebuilt to be made in Dune v2 engine)

https://dune.com/synthquest/snx-quest0rs - Communal interest in "how many OP Questors had unstaked immediately after NFT qualification?"

https://dune.com/synthquest/synthetix-fee-rewards - This dashboard aims to be tooling to loosely estimate anticipated L2 sUSD rewards based on current holdings in the fee address projecting to the end of the epoch.

https://dune.com/synthquest/snax-steak - Communal interest in net inflation (L1+L2) and individual wallet staking tooling.

https://dune.com/synthquest/snx-loan-analytics (retired - v1 engine) - Earlier this year there was a marketing push within "the 300" aimed at increasing the number of synthetic loans after fee's had been drastically reduced. This dashboard aimed at providing meaningful insights into how much & how many new loans were taken out.

https://dune.com/synthquest/snx-hedge-performance (retired - v1 engine) - Earlier this year there were major concerns about dSNX's performance as a hedge to the debt pool. This dashboard aimed to help users understand how their hedge performed relative to their active debt. Many community members reached out to say this was a helpful tool in understanding their financial standing. Currently it is not updated to reflect dSNX's underlying wallet; they added USDy and other yield earning positions which have to be manually added each time they add a new token & was built in dune v1 engine. However, at the time this was an important tool for many community members.

And a number of ad-hoc queries aimed at answering specific communal questions for example https://dune.com/queries/1706790 - kwenta unique users over time (removing created cross margin accounts)

Overview

This grant proposal is largely aimed at work previously made as an attempt to answer questions raised by the community and bring meaningful analytics to the SNX community. Broadly speaking, it's difficult to find analytics about specific features within Synthetix. The dashboards listed and additional queries have aimed at providing the community with valuable insights into their own wallets & the SNX protocol.

Value to Synthetix

These dashboards aimed to provide a deeper understanding for the community's personal investments and the protocol at large. As questions were raised these dashboards attempted to provide clarity and assurance to their SNX investments. Additionally, many queries about projects within the Synthetix ecosystem have been created such as: https://dune.com/queries/1615817 - Create Cross Margin Account Abstraction Table https://dune.com/queries/1706790 - Kwenta Unique users etc.

Project Implementation Plan

N/A - Further discussions can be had about possible future dashboards. Especially those focused on Synthetix V3.

Funding Request

For the effort put forth in the dashboards mentioned and queries not mentioned I am asking for 1250 SNX.
