Grant Description

The goal of the project is to help supply the big gap of Web3 talents globally.

Overview

We are addressing the scarcity of Blockchain talents globally. Not just in the Philippines, being the top 2 in terms of crypto adoption, this is a worldwide problem that we are in a great lacking supply of Blockchain talents (developers or business skills) in such a very high demand, and The BLOKC have seen this since 2017 and everyone needs to be ready to maximize all the opportunities in the Blockchain industry.

Value to Synthetix

Since the grant will be use solely for producing talents for Synthetix DEX, we believe that once we are able to train and certify quality Synthetix talents, it will greatly impact the community and overall ecosystem of Synthethix. These pool of talents can now create more ideas, build more use cases, and establish new ventures that will be run on to the Synthetix DEX.

Project Implementation Plan

We can implement the programs in 3 to 6 months time as we will also be needing some technical guidance and support from the SNX team. That way, we can help improve the programs that we will be implementing to our academe and industry partners rolling out the Synthetix programs.

Additional Information

The grant will be use for scaling the team, developing further Synthetix-focused programs, and community and marketing push solely intended for Synthetix.
