Add SNX Debt Mirror to zapper.fi (along with the rest of dHedge).

Overview

Recently SNX partnered with Toros and dHEDGE to create a SNX Debt mirror pool on OE Mainnet. This position does not show up in Zapper, since dHEDGEv2 is not integrated yet. Zapper recently provided an open source adapter called studio which lets anyone create integrations on Zapper.

Value to Synthetix

Currently, the debt mirror is not shown in Zapper, which could be confusing when trying to get an overview of one's total exposure in the Synthetix ecosystem. With this PR, it is easy to calculate your total exposure (debt, c-ratio, etc) in a single location.
