Grant Description

This grant will allow for me to create high quality video tutorials aimed at onboarding new users to the DEX.

Overview

I have an educational YouTube channel (CerealOverdrive: https://youtube.com/c/cerealoverdrive where I make videos ranging from token buying tutorials to gaming walk-throughs of Decentraland. If you take a look at my channel you’ll see that my most of my videos receive anywhere from 10k - 35k views a month and I currently have a little over 36K followers. Moving forward, I’d like to begin featuring additional content focused strictly around Synthetix. The main goal is to make videos that help people become more familiar and comfortable learning about the protocol and how they can both use and benefit from the DeFi services.

Value to Synthetix

This smooth onboarding will allow for new users to more readily utilize the DEX to its fullest potential as well as providing increased value.

Project Implementation Plan

Videos will be released every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

Additional Information

If the grant is approved I will be able to commit to making at least 3 videos each week that are focused solely on giving prospective users the best tutorials/introductions to the platform as possible.

Funding Request

I am requesting a fixed, one-time grant in the amount of $3,000.
