Synthetix Grants Counsil have a bounty where they are looking for somebody to make a simple user interface for submitting PRs of Synthetix SIPs to the github repo.

Project Implementation Plan

It'll be nodeJs application with express backend and EJS as template engine for frontend. Github OAuth implementation for requesting user's permission to create Pull Request on user's behalf. There will be authenticated page with form to be filled (based on SIP pull request format). once form is submitted, it'll create a Pull Request under appropriate Github repository and will display proper confirmation message once it's submitted success.

Timeframe: 10-12 hrs
