What if floor price is above 107 during time of execution?

This proposal includes the right to sell the Doodles NFT in Gray Boys DAO treasury for 10% below the floor price during finalization of this vote. Execution of Doodles NFT sale will go through IF..AND ONLY IF...the PROOF Collective pass costs over 107 Eth during execution of the proposal. This will put the treasury in a position to purchase Proof Collective NFT, even if floor has risen above 107 Eth (price at time of writing). The DAO can consider re-proposing and repurchasing a Doodles NFT pass in near future if they choose to do so.
