Acquire 1x Decentraland LAND Parcel

It feels right to acquire land parcels in other metaverses as part of the GB roadmap states:

Parcels that are ‘roadside’ should hold their value the most, aa there is no risk of ever being 'blocked in'. Land is for sale on OpenSea and Decentraland marketplace.

By voting yes to this proposal the DAO will purchase the most suitable roadside parcel for 5,500 MANA or equivalent ETH (approx. 5ETH). Sale to be completed within 48h.
